Job summary

Mosaic, an Acosta Group company, is seeking Starlink Campus Sales Representatives to cover an assigned field territory. This part-time role involves door-to-door outreach, events, and community referrals to connect households with Starlink internet service. You’ll earn hourly base pay plus $200 for each qualified activation, with training and ongoing coaching provided.

Qualifications

• Be enrolled in an eligible college/university.
• Available 15 to 25 hours per week, including some evenings and weekends.
• Be coachable, self-motivated, comfortable meeting new people, and resilient to rejection.
• Work independently, manage schedule, stay connected with the sales team, and follow through on commitments.
• Willing to conduct direct neighborhood/community outreach and travel throughout rural and suburban areas in your territory.
• Have a valid driver’s license, reliable personal vehicle, and smartphone.
• Be at least 18 and authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Own an assigned territory and plan routes to reach sales goals.
• Engage prospective customers via direct door-to-door selling and local events.
• Explain Starlink offerings and help customers determine fit.
• Guide customers to place orders using referral codes (no payments collected).
• Record hours, mileage, and activations; participate in manager check-ins.
