Position Overview

As a Starbucks Supervisor, you will lead daily store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient management, combining Starbucks standards with hospitality excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations during shifts, maintaining Starbucks' standards.
• Supervise and support baristas, fostering a positive team environment.
• Ensure prompt service and high-quality products, addressing customer feedback.
• Assist in training new partners and reinforcing operational procedures.
• Manage inventory, place orders, and handle cash register procedures accurately.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.

Qualifications
