Job summary

Courtyard by Marriott Baton Rouge Downtown is seeking a dedicated supervisor to lead our Starbucks store team, ensuring smooth daily operations and exceptional guest service.

You will manage shifts, train staff, handle inventory, and uphold brand standards while following company policies. This on-site role offers growth opportunities within a hotel dining environment in Baton Rouge.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Starbucks, food service role in a restaurant, hotel or similar environment preferred.
• Must have attention to detail with the ability to be thorough in your work.
• Must be able to work independently while maintaining timelines.

• Supervise and lead a team of baristas during assigned shifts.
• Ensure efficient and smooth operation of the Starbucks store.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues promptly.
