Hospitality America is seeking a Starbucks Shift Supervisor for the Courtyard by Marriott Baton Rouge Downtown Hotel. You will lead a team of baristas, ensure smooth store operation, and uphold Starbucks standards while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key duties include coaching staff, managing inventory, handling cash, and supporting promotions. This on-site role emphasizes strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently within a fast-paced hotel

Skills, Education, and Experience

• Experience in a Starbucks, food service role in a restaurant, hotel or similar environment preferred.
