Hospitality America, in partnership with Courtyard by Marriott Downtown Baton Rouge, seeks friendly Starbucks Baristas to craft beverages and provide warm, engaging service in a fast-paced hotel cafe.

You will prepare high-quality drinks, greet guests, operate espresso machines and grinders, handle transactions, and maintain a clean, organized workstation. This role offers training, team camaraderie, competitive pay, benefits, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in a food service role in a restaurant, hotel or similar environment preferred.
• Must have attention to detail with the ability to be thorough in your work.
• Must be able to work independently while maintaining timelines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality Starbucks beverages according to company recipes and standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers and creating a friendly, welcoming environment.
• Operate and maintain coffee brewing equipment, grinders, and other tools.
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including the beverage preparation area, customer seating, and restroom facilities.
