Minimum Requirements:

  • Willing to work weekends and holidays as needed.
  • Effective written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations calmly, courteously, and tactfully, leaving a positive impression.
  • Must be a trained and certified barista.

  • Prepare various customer beverage orders.
  • Adhere to all Starbucks programs, policies, and promotions.
  • Follow operational procedures at each station.
  • Perform cleaning tasks per standards and work collaboratively with the team.
  • Present professionally and communicate clearly with customers and colleagues.
  • Maintain equipment through preventative maintenance.
  • Follow cash handling and inventory recording policies.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
  • Be punctual, tactful, calm, courteous, and professional.
  • Comply with dress code, grooming, sanitation, and anti-harassment policies.
  • Perform any additional duties as assigned.
