You will coach associates, manage inventory and safety protocols, and collaborate with store leaders to support sales goals while maintaining product quality and a welcoming café experience for customers and teammates.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a retail or food service setting.
• Proven ability to coach and develop team members.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Starbucks Department operations and ensure customer service excellence.
• Support hiring, training, coaching, and development of associates.
• Maintain a customer-first environment and address service needs promptly.
• Coordinate daily activities to support smooth workflow and service levels.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and product handling standards.
• Manage ordering, inventory levels, product rotation, and storage.
• Support department sales, budgeting, and expense management.
• Communicate with vendors and store management teams; complete reporting requirements.
