Minimum Requirements:

• Excellent customer service skills

• Previous comparable experience (preferred)
• Create a welcoming environment for customers by answering questions and making suggestions about products
• Maintain knowledge of products and respond to customer inquiries
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals
• Prepare beverages according to recipes and standards, and process transactions properly
• Offer samples and inform customers about specials
• Ensure products are fresh, properly portioned, and inventory is maintained
• Use equipment such as refrigerators, freezers, slicers, ovens, espresso machines, blenders, and scales safely and properly
• Label, stock, and inventory merchandise accurately
• Report discrepancies and safety issues promptly
• Adhere to food safety and safety procedures, including preventive maintenance and accident reporting
