• Offer samples and inform customers of specials.
• Provide ordered products with correct portions to prevent shrinkage.
• Recommend products to meet customer needs.
• Use equipment safely and maintain inventory and labeling of products.
• Ensure product quality and freshness, review 'sell by' dates.
• Operate kitchen equipment and prepare ingredients.
• Report discrepancies and safety hazards to management.
• Adhere to safety and food safety regulations.
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and report issues.
• Handle customer and employee safety incidents appropriately.
• Work cooperatively in a high-paced environment, manage conflicts effectively, and act with integrity.
