• Maintain knowledge of products and suggest items to customers
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals
• Prepare beverages according to recipes and standards, using proper equipment; handle transactions professionally
• Offer product samples and inform customers of specials
• Ensure products are fresh and properly portioned to prevent shrinkage
• Recommend products to meet customer needs
• Use equipment like refrigerators, freezers, slicers, and ovens safely and according to guidelines
• Label, stock, and inventory merchandise accurately
• Report discrepancies and safety issues promptly
• Comply with safety and food safety regulations
• Perform preventive maintenance and notify management of equipment issues
• Report accidents, safety risks, and illegal activities to management
