STARBUCKS BARISTA (Finance)



Provide exceptional customer service in a safe and clean environment to ensure the customer's return visit. Treat customers and employees fairly and ethically, promoting an inclusive work environment. Minimum qualifications:

  • Excellent customer service skills.

Desired qualifications:

  • Previous comparable experience.
  • Create a welcoming environment for customers by answering questions about products and providing suggestions.
  • Maintain knowledge of products and respond to customer inquiries effectively.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals.
  • Prepare beverages according to recipes and standards, and handle transactions using best practices.
  • Offer product samples and inform customers about specials.
  • Provide fresh, correctly portioned products to prevent shrinkage.
  • Recommend items to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Use equipment such as refrigerators, freezers, slicers, ovens, espresso machines, and scales properly.
  • Label, stock, and inventory merchandise accurately.
  • Report discrepancies and safety issues promptly.
  • Adhere to all safety and food safety regulations.
  • Perform preventive maintenance and report equipment issues.
  • Report accidents, safety risks, or illegal activities to management.
  • Perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodations.
