STARBUCKS/BARISTA (Finance)

Provide exceptional customer service in a safe and clean environment to ensure the customer's return visit. Treat customers/employees in a fair and ethical manner, promoting an inclusive work environment, being a responsible member of the community, providing the right products at the right time with fair and accurate pricing.   • Excellent customer service skills

Responsibilities include:
  • Create a welcoming environment for customers by answering questions about products and providing suggestions.
  • Gain and maintain knowledge of products sold within the department and throughout the store.
  • Collaborate with team members and promote teamwork to achieve store goals.
  • Prepare beverages according to recipes and standards, and handle transactions properly.
  • Offer product samples and inform customers of specials.
  • Ensure the freshness and quality of products, and manage inventory.
  • Operate all coffee shop equipment safely and correctly.
  • Follow safety procedures and food safety regulations.
  • Report safety issues, accidents, or irregularities to management.
  • Work effectively in a high-paced environment and manage conflicts appropriately.
  • Act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.
  • Support and assist customers, including minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
