ALL ABOUT FOOD & BEVERAGE

The Food & Beverage team enables a consistent experience for our guests by ensuring product is fresh, in stock, available and accurately priced and signed on the sales floor. They are experts of operations, process and efficiency. This team leads food and food services including replenishment, inventory accuracy, food safety, presentation, pricing and promotional signing processes for all Food and Beverage areas of the store.

• Knowledge of guest service fundamentals and experience building a guest-first culture in Starbucks

Typical Responsibilities

A typical day as a Starbucks Barista includes:

• Delivering an exceptional guest experience by connecting with guests and providing quality handcrafted beverages and food
• Upholding Food and Beverage Standards, Starbucks brand standards, and food safety standards
• Executing food and beverage processes including deliveries, replenishment, stocking, and cleanliness routines
• Supporting promotional activities and Drive Up process for digital orders
• Maintaining a welcoming environment and engaging with guests to meet their needs
• Following safety and cleanliness protocols and completing all required training
• Other duties as needed
