Starbucks Barista Responsibilities:

• Create positive and lasting "WOW" moments for customers.
• Assist customers with their orders, including additional services and special requests.
• Provide product suggestions and ensure quality service and products by following safety and sanitation procedures.
• Respond effectively to customer questions.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Build trustful relationships to encourage return visits.
• Stock products and displays according to merchandising standards.

Qualifications:

• Enjoy interacting with customers one-on-one.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.
• Maintain good eye contact and positive body language.
• Comfortable using electronic bakery and deli equipment.
• Ability to stand for long periods and handle physical tasks such as lifting and pushing.
