Job description

The Barista connects with guests by providing friendly, enthusiastic, yet professional and timely service.

Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized service to all guests.
• Maintain cleanliness of all appliances and counter space, wipe up spills, and remove trash throughout the shift.
• Meet and greet customers, and resolve complaints or refer them to management.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including counting money before shifts and recording transactions.
• Inform customers about payment options: cash, check, credit card, and debit card.
• Stock shelves and monitor inventory levels.
• Maintain records of transactions on computers and demonstrate basic computer skills.
• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, politeness, and neat appearance.
• Multilingual ability is preferred to serve diverse customers.
• Uphold integrity, honesty, and accountability in all dealings.
• Be flexible to work varied hours and weekends.
• Read and write proficiently.
