Job Responsibilities

Customer Service

• Greet customers warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Engage with customers to understand their preferences and make personalized recommendations.
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Address customer concerns promptly and courteously.
  
  

Beverage Preparation

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and others.
• Ensure consistency and quality of beverages by following established recipes and procedures.
• Operate and maintain coffee machines and other equipment.
  
  

Cleanliness and Maintenance

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including counters, machines, and equipment.
  
  

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with other team members to ensure efficient operation of station
• Communicate effectively with colleagues to coordinate tasks and provide seamless service to customers.
• Participate in training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on new products and procedures.
• Monitor and restock coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other ingredients.
  
  

Job Qualifications

• Previous experience as a barista or in a similar customer service role
