• Offer samples and inform customers about specials.
• Provide ordered products with correct portions to minimize waste.
• Recommend products to meet customer needs.
• Use equipment properly, including refrigerators, ovens, and espresso machines.
• Label, stock, and inventory merchandise.
• Report discrepancies and safety issues promptly.
• Adhere to food safety and safety procedures, inspecting equipment and reporting issues.
• Assist customers and colleagues in a high-paced environment, managing conflicts professionally.
• Act with honesty and integrity, following directions and seeking help when needed.
• Support minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults as required.
