As an administrative assistant sr., you will support executive level leaders and leverage your communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills to ensure your leaders and their teams are supported to do their best work.

Responsibilities include:
  • Supporting executive leaders with high customer service, interpersonal savvy, and efficiency
  • Providing leadership influence and support to leaders, partners, and your peer admin support team to improve productivity, communication, and morale
  • Scheduling executive domestic and international travel in compliance with policies, addressing all aspects of travel to ensure effective use of time and resources
  • Partnering with the broader admin community to organize and facilitate meetings, conferences, and activities
  • Supporting departmental hiring managers with new partner onboarding
