Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator (Starbase) for a temporary 6-month assignment in Starbase, TX. You will coordinate recruiting logistics, support interview and sourcing activities, and assist with program-tracking and administrative tasks.

This role requires a Bachelor’s or Associate degree with 1+ years in recruiting or HR, and proficiency with MS Office and ATS tools. Onsite work is required in Starbase, TX.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or associate’s degree with 1+ years in recruiting, HR, or business ops.
• Experience in recruiting, HR, marketing, sales, or tech in a professional setting.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse or similar).
• Proficiency with MS Outlook and Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong communication skills at all levels, high sense of urgency.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruiting logistics between recruiters, coordinators, and hiring teams.
• Align with recruiters on candidate profiles and support interview/sourcing activities.
• Process contractor conversions and assist with hiring process administration.
• Measure and track hiring efficiency for assigned scope.
• Learn business programs to speak intelligently about SpaceX projects with candidates.
• Support team with special projects and administrative tasks.
