The role requires practical process-operations experience, ability to work extended hours, and collaboration with technicians and leadership to keep the site running like a single operating system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 1+ years in industrial plant, utilities, or maintenance engineering.

Responsibilities

• Standardize how work is requested, planned, executed, and closed across shops.
• Adopt Warp, Foundation, LOTO, MOC, and commissioning turnover.
• Choose fixes: software/AI, physical change, or personnel standard with justification.
• Define and improve the work-management system: WOs, PM/PdM backlog, and reports.
• Provide visibility on estimates vs actuals, remaining hours, and blockers.
• Own commissioning and readiness for new equipment or changes.
• Translate designs into isolation plans, LOTO, and work instructions.
• Establish asset identity and PM mapping for equipment.
• Quantify shop performance and brief leadership.
• Write standard procedures and train technicians.
