Job summary

SpaceX seeks an Automation and Controls Engineer for Starship infrastructure in Starbase, TX. You will design, deploy, and maintain automation and SCADA for power, HVAC, and utilities supporting production and launch activities.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead projects, and ensure safety and reliability in a high‑demand environment. Travel to other SpaceX facilities may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical or related engineering field.
• 1+ years designing and working on automation and control systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, operate, and maintain automation and SCADA for Starbase infrastructure.
• Lead projects and drive improvements across ground power and utilities.
• Develop and deploy standardized automation for critical systems.
• Mentor engineers and technicians in automation and controls.
