Kinsley Group, Inc is actively seeking Field Service Technicians to service standby generators across the Northeast. If you have experience with engines, electrical systems, or heavy equipment, this role offers specialized training to advance in the power generation industry.

Qualifications

• Experience servicing standby generator systems (8kW-1MW).
• Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic testing and load-bank start-ups on generators.
• Ability to prepare accurate repair quotes and submit work orders.
• Experience with residential or industrial generators.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotating schedule.
• Must provide own tools (multimeter, hand-tools).
• OSHA 10 certification or ability to obtain; DOT card and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on standby generator systems.
• Troubleshoot, test diagnostics, perform load-bank tests and start-ups.
• Prepare accurate repair quotes and complete work orders.
• Engage with customers professionally and provide excellent service.
