Kinsley Power Systems is hiring Field Service Technicians to service standby generator systems across the Northeast. If you have experience with engines, electrical systems, or heavy equipment, you may thrive in this role.

We provide specialized training to help you transition into the power generation industry and build a long-term, rewarding career. You will work on residential and industrial gensets, perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience working with standby generator systems or similar equipment is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to service customers professionally.
• Willingness to participate in an on-call rotating schedule.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on standby generator systems (8kW-1MW).
• Troubleshooting, diagnostic testing, load-bank testing and start-ups on generators.
• Prepare quotes for repairs and complete work orders.
• Work on residential or industrial generators.
• Provide excellent customer service and communication.
