This position will act under the indirect supervision of the Clinical Skills Director and will supervise at least one full-time employee. This position requires collaborative interaction with physician clerkship directors and with other applicable Standardized Patient Program Managers. **Qualifications**:Two years of college coursework and four years of prior experience coordinating professional activities in an educational or theater environment, which can include prior teaching experience, are required. An equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered. Applicants should have knowledge and experience in teaching and strategies for educating and training adults. **Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:*** Knowledge and experience in techniques and strategies for educating and training adults (and occasionally children).
