Linde Inc. is seeking a Production Technician at our Ontario, CA facility to ensure production requirements are met safely and efficiently. You will operate as a front‑line technician, respond to unplanned events, and collaborate with a cross‑functional team to maintain operational continuity.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant industrial operations, manufacturing, or leadership experience.
• Experience with installation, operation, and troubleshooting of industrial equipment and systems.
• Knowledge of Hazardous Work Permit processes, LOTO procedures, and safe work practices.
• Excellent critical thinking, problem‑solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Self‑motivated with ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and achieve results with minimal supervision.
• Positive attitude with the flexibility to adapt quickly to changing operational conditions and business needs.
• Proven ability to build and maintain productive working relationships across departments and cross‑functional teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsabilités

• Ensure production requirements are met while operating the facility safely and efficiently.
• Respond to unplanned events and make technical decisions with minimal supervision.
• Coordinate with operators, management, engineering, maintenance, and support teams to maintain continuity.
• Perform safe startup, shutdown, and operation of plant equipment; understand processes and emergency procedures.
• Monitor plant performance, maximize efficiency, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, policies, and QA programs.
• Support Fill Zone operations, including railcar loading/unloading and QA/documentation.
• Maintain accurate operational records and process data.
• Participate in rotating shifts, including weekends/holidays, and provide on‑call support.
