Job summary

Rehrig Pacific Company in Wisconsin is seeking forklift operators to support our production teams. You will safely operate forklifts, load/unload materials, and help maintain a clean, organized workspace.

Prior forklift experience and certification are preferred, but we offer training and certification. A High School Diploma or GED is required, and familiarity with pallet jacks is a plus in our fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent work experience.
• Prior forklift experience and certification preferred, but training can be provided.
• Familiarity with pallet jacks and warehouse operations.
• Experience in a fast-paced, production-based environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload with precision using forklifts to move materials and support production teams.
• Follow all safety protocols and help achieve zero incidents per shift.
• Sort pallets based on product specs and ensure quality standards.
• Maintain production pace and meet daily goals with accuracy and efficiency.
• Keep workspace clean and organized, following 'Clean as You Go' practices.
• Lift and move up to 70 lbs and perform repetitive motions through shifts.
