Job summary

Lineage Logistics in Stevens Point, WI, is hiring a forklift operator to start at $20/hour with a Monday–Friday shift from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. You will move palletized goods using a stand-up reach forklift and follow all safety procedures and Lineage policies in temperature-controlled facilities.

Responsibilities include putting away and picking palletized units, recording weights and counts via RF, loading/unloading materials, and performing daily equipment checks.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills required.
• Ability to understand instructions in English.
• Ability to work in temperatures from -20 °F to 100 °F in storage environments.
• Must be able to lift at least 40 lbs (18 kg).
• Flexible work schedule including weekends if needed.
• Must be comfortable with varying noise levels.

Responsibilities

• Put away palletized units by lifting forks for placement into racks above floor height.
• Pick palletized units from rack locations above floor height and set up for outbound shipment.
• Record materials, weight, counts, and condition via RF system.
• Load and unload materials on/off pallets, skids, or lifting devices.
• Complete daily forklift maintenance/check sheet.
• Monitor battery charge and maintain batteries; ensure charging station is used.
