Job summary

Lineage Logistics is hiring an entry-level forklift operator to move products and materials using stand-up reach forklifts in a regulated safety environment. You will handle pallets, record inventory via RF systems, and assist with inbound/outbound movements.

The role requires lifting up to 40 lbs, tolerance for cold and dry storage temperatures, and flexibility to work weekends if needed. Lineage emphasizes safety, teamwork, and ongoing development within the company.

Qualifications

• Basic math applies to counting and measuring items.
• Ability to understand instructions in the local official language.
• Capable of working in cold and dry storage environments with PPE.
• Must lift at least 40 lbs (18 kg) when handling pallets.
• Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including weekends if needed.
• Comfortable with varying noise levels in a warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Put away palletized units by lifting forks for placement into racks above floor height.
• Pick palletized units from rack locations above floor height and set up for outbound shipment.
• Choose and record materials, weight, counts, and condition via RF system.
• Load and unload materials on and off pallets, skids, or lifting devices.
• Complete daily forklift maintenance and check sheet.
• Monitor battery charge, maintain and clean batteries, and use charging station.
