Job summary

Lineage is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Stevens Point, WI to operate forklifts, move products, and verify inventory. You will read work orders, locate items, and prepare shipments using RF scanning while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• Identify products by reading and scanning pallet IDs.
• Understand instructions in the country’s official language or as defined by Lineage Logistics.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in temperatures from -20 F/-25 C to 100 F/37 C with PPE.
• Must lift a minimum of 40 lbs.
• Flexible work schedule including weekends if needed.
• Must be comfortable with variable noise levels.

Responsibilities

• Read and follow computerized work orders to determine quantities and types of products to be shipped.
• Determine the location of requested items in the warehouse.
• Change over pallets for picking and inspect items for damages or flaws.
• Document and report damages to supervisors or leads.
• Pack, seal, and label materials/pallets for shipping using RF scanning to verify counts.
• Alert leaders to product or material issues and await directions to rectify.
• Assist with cleaning and organizing the warehouse at shift end.
• Work with other machinery and material handling equipment.
