Job summary

Lineage Logistics is seeking a forklift operator to move products within our Wisconsin facility. You will operate a stand‑up reach forklift, place palletized units in racks, and prepare items for outbound shipments.

You will record materials, weights, counts, and item condition using an RF system, perform daily forklift checks, and maintain batteries and charging stations. A flexible schedule, including weekends, is required.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills.
• Ability to understand instructions in the official language.
• Ability to work in cold and dry storage environments.
• Must lift a minimum of 40 lbs./18 kgs.
• Flexible work schedule, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Put away palletized units by lifting forks for placement into racks above floor height.
• Pick palletized units out of rack locations above floor height and set up for outbound shipment.
• Choose and record materials, weight, counts, and condition of items via RF system.
• Load and unload materials on and off pallets, skids, or lifting devices.
• Complete daily forklift maintenance/check sheet.
• Monitor battery charge, maintain batteries, and leave equipment at the charging station.
• Work with other machinery and material handling equipment.
