Job summary

Novolex is seeking Forklift Drivers at our Mooresville, NC facility to keep production moving in a high-volume environment. Two shifts, 6:30AM–6:30PM and 6:30PM–6:30AM on a 2-2-3 rotation, with starting pay of $20.79 per hour and pay-for-skills training that rewards higher proficiency.

Requirements include a minimum of two years sit-down forklift experience, with preferred one year stand-up reach truck experience; willingness to learn reach truck duties during probation and to work overtime as

Qualifications

• Previous experience within a manufacturing environment is required.
• Experience on a stand-up or reach lift is preferred.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and move heavy loads.
• Ability to work overtime and off shifts as needed.
• Must read and interpret Job Dockets.

Responsibilities

• Operate a lift to transfer materials and finished goods.
• Maintain accuracy and accountability per standard processes.
• Follow safety rules and plant practices.
• Support SAP functions related to inventory and load management.
