Job summary

Novolex in Kinston, NC is seeking a Lift Truck Operator to maintain storage areas, perform forklift inspections, and wrap and secure loads for intercompany transfers. The 2nd shift runs 4pm–12am, Monday–Friday with Saturdays as needed.

Compensation starts at $17.61–$21.31 per hour, paid weekly, with standard warehouse duties and RF and SAP usage. Minimum one year material handling experience, forklift certification, and ability to lift up to 39.9 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of previous material handling experience to include trailer loading/unloading.
• Forklift certification is required.
• Knowledge of SAP RF scanners helpful.

Responsibilities

• Maintains organization of corrugate, roll and WIP storage areas ensuring product is separated by size, product or job number.
• Performs daily forklift inspections and pallet inspections.
• Wraps loads using the stretch wrapper and ensures loads are secured.
• Preloads dropped trailers for intercompany transfers and prints BOLs.
• Maintains warehouse standards and uses RF programs and SAP.
