The Manager leads 40+ team members, coordinates with upper management, and ensures profit and culture alignment. Base pay is $55,000 with monthly performance bonuses and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership abilities in a fast-paced environment with 40+ team members.
• Ability to create weekly shift schedules while controlling labor costs.
• Experience with inventory, small wares, and equipment management.
• Knowledge of health requirements and standards.

Responsibilities

• Coach, train, and supervise crew at a stand.
• Maintain wait times, cleanliness, and customer interactions.
• Oversee cash handling, deposits, and change.
• Communicate directives from upper management.
• Develop new leaders and delegate tasks.
