7 Brew Coffee in Leesburg, FL is seeking a Store Manager to lead operations, drive location growth, and uphold the brand culture. You will coach a large crew, oversee scheduling, inventory, cash handling, and daily admin duties under the Regional Manager.

You'll focus on guest satisfaction, health compliance, and developing leaders while balancing labor costs and store performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in a fast-paced, 40+ team environment.
• Ability to coach, train, and provide regular feedback.
• Experience managing schedules, labor costs, and health compliance.
• Strong customer service and operational focus.
• Beginner-level proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• Oversee location growth and profitable operations.
• Coach and train crew including Brewistas and Shift Leads.
• Create weekly shift schedules with cost-conscious planning.
• Manage inventory, POS cash handling, and vendor coordination.
• Communicate directives from upper management and develop leaders.
• Ensure health compliance and exceptional customer experience.
