Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing projects.
• Ability to understand and assess complex Engineering issues.
• Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, MS Office suite.
• Ability to multi-task, supporting several projects with various priority levels.
• Strong organization skills – managing information from multiple locations and sources.

Responsibilities

• Lead program management within MTS (machine tooling stamping) from concept to launch.
• Collaborate across headquarters, common plants, and manufacturing operations.
• Conduct part run-off and buyoff processes for customers.
• Provide technical direction to the MTS engineering group.
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders and maintain program schedules.
• Maintain an integrated program schedule aligning engineering, manufacturing, procurement, validation and delivery milestones.
• Maintain contacts with vendors and internal engineering disciplines and management.
