The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of automotive engineering experience, with strong GD&T knowledge and stamping process expertise.

You will collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams, develop process sequences, and establish verification methods to ensure dimensional accuracy.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in automotive engineering and stamping.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of GD&T and dimensional quality control.
• Experience with stamping dies, fixtures, and related equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day stamping team activities and provide technical guidance.
• Drive safety, quality, productivity, and dimensional accuracy improvements.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality to resolve issues.
• Develop and validate stamping process sequences and verification methods.
