Job summary

Lead With Impact in Ripon, WI, seeks a 2nd shift supervisor to own stamping press operations, coordinate teams, and drive Lean improvements. You will coach operators, manage performance, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing.
• Experience supervising stamping press operations preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Manufacturing Engineering, or Operations preferred.
• Internship/co-op experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate area/zone activities to meet production requirements.
• Develop operators and technicians through coaching and cross-training.
• Troubleshoot downtime to sustain flow and reduce stoppages.
• Drive Lean, 5S, and Kaizen improvements.
• Maintain accurate production, quality, and safety records.
