Job summary

100Hires, Inc. is seeking a Pressroom Production Team Lead in Ripon, WI to coordinate day-to-day operations and keep stamping presses running safely and on schedule. You will lead a weekend second shift (Friday, Saturday, Sunday, 5:00pm–5:00am) with occasional extra days.

Responsibilities include enforcing safety, coaching a team, conducting training, and partnering with Union Stewards on contract matters. You’ll drive continuous improvement with 5S and Lean methods and track KPIs for leadership

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing with supervision experience.
• Experience in stamping press operations is preferred.
• Lean CI tools knowledge is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations in the pressroom to meet production plans.
• Enforce safety policies, audits, PPE compliance, and incident reviews.
• Coach and develop team; manage attendance and training.
• Interface with Union Stewards on contract and discipline issues.
• Track KPIs and report to leadership; resolve cross-functional issues.

Ready to lead a high-volume pressroom?We’re hiring a Pressroom Production Team Lead in Ripon, WI to coordinate day-to-day operations and keep our stamping presses running safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
