Job summary

SIS is seeking a Production Supervisor for the Weekend Night shift to lead a high-volume stamping press team in Ripon, WI. You will ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery while coaching staff and driving Lean initiatives.

This role emphasizes servant leadership, cross-training, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment. Relocation assistance is provided for qualified candidates willing to re-locate to the Oshkosh/Ripon area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Manufacturing Engineering or Operations preferred.
• 1–3 years in a high-volume, fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Experience in stamping press operations preferred.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement.
• Safety-focused, servant leadership mindset required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise stamping press department to meet aggressive production targets, quality, and on-time delivery.
• Proactively monitor workflow and assign tasks to optimize manpower and machine utilization.
• Troubleshoot downtime and adapt to changing priorities to maintain production flow.
• Lead safety audits, enforce PPE usage, and drive root-cause investigations.
• Coach and mentor team members, support cross-training, and interface with union issues.
