Job summary

MiTek Industries in Florida is seeking a manufacturing associate to operate stamping presses and related packaging equipment for metal connector plates and steel components. You will ensure safety, quality, and accurate production reporting.

The role requires reading prints, basic geometry, and using tape measures. You will cooperate with mechanics to keep presses running, perform first piece inspection, and complete shift paperwork.

Qualifications

High School or GED required or equivalent.
Up to 1 year related experience preferred.
Ability to read prints and schematics.
Basic math and geometry skills.
Ability to use tape measure with 1/32-inch increments.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

Operate stamping press and packaging equipment.
Meet or exceed daily production goals.
Report malfunctions to mechanics or supervisors.
Assist mechanics to keep equipment operational.
Perform first piece inspection.
Complete production paperwork.
Attend scheduled shifts and possible overtime.
