Job summary

Charter Wire LLC in Milwaukee is seeking a Stamping Operator for the first shift to run stamping equipment and ensure parts meet customer quality requirements. You’ll inspect parts, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with Set-Up, Quality, and Maintenance teams to keep production moving.

The role offers starting pay of $22.00/hour and up, with weekly pay on Thursdays, a 6:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m. shift, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, and profit sharing.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Basic communication skills, including reading and writing.
• Detail oriented with basic problem-solving and instruction-following abilities.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor up to four stamping machines.
• Inspect parts with gauges, calipers, and micrometers.
• Troubleshoot basic equipment issues.
• Perform routine operator and preventative maintenance.
• Move materials, products, supplies, and scrap; complete quality checks and production records.
