Charter Manufacturing in Milwaukee, WI is seeking a Stamping Operator for the second shift. You will operate stamping machines, monitor quality, inspect parts with gauges, and help keep production running smoothly while following safety and process standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or willingness to obtain GED.
• Basic communication skills, including reading and writing; computer literacy.
• Detail oriented with basic problem-solving and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to work well with other employees and contribute to a positive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor up to four stamping machines.
• Inspect parts with gauges, calipers and micrometers.
• Troubleshoot basic equipment issues and perform routine maintenance.
• Move materials, products, supplies and scrap; complete quality checks and production records.
