Charter Manufacturing is seeking a Processing Operator for first shift at our Milwaukee, WI facility. You will operate and monitor equipment that cleans and finishes parts, perform quality inspections, and maintain production records while following safety and process standards.

The role includes standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and collaborating with Production, Quality, and Maintenance to meet schedules.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required; GED reimbursement offered.
• Must be able to stand/walk through shift and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail and basic problem-solving ability.
• Good reading, communication, and basic computer skills.

Responsabilidades

• Run and monitor equipment that cleans and finishes parts.
• Inspect products and complete quality checks.
• Document production records and troubleshoot basic equipment issues.
• Move materials and keep work area clean and safe.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance to meet production schedules.
