Overview

We’re looking for a motivated, detail oriented intern to join our Stakeholder Engagement team in San Diego, CA. This is a great opportunity for a student who’s eager to learn, enjoys helping people and organizations succeed, and wants hands on experience supporting business communications.

In this role, you’ll contribute to projects spanning stakeholder engagement, environmental programs, and business communications, gaining hands on experience in internal communications, investor relations, and more—while working alongside a collaborative and supportive team.

This internship requires a commitment of 10–15 hours per week for a minimum of three months, beginning mid-May 2026. Work hours and days are flexible and can be adjusted to accommodate your schedule.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Support development of a global employee mosaic artwork by coordinating photo collection and managing related assets
  • Partner with internal teams and external agencies to support project execution and deliverables
  • Collect, organize, and maintain data related to environmental performance, including fines, fees, and reporting inputs
  • Research peer companies to identify trends in environmental strategy, performance, and disclosure
  • Analyze findings and develop clear, concise briefing materials with actionable insights
  • Review peer annual reports to assess storytelling, structure, and design approaches
  • Compile research and insights to support investor communications and annual report planning
What You’ll Bring To The Role
  • Currently pursuing a degree in business, communications, or a related field
  • Interest in developing an understanding of effective communication within a global organization
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with others
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively Proficiency in
  • Microsoft tools, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
  • Basic understanding of image resolution, dimensions, aspect ratios, and compression is a plus
