Job summary

Vizient, Inc., headquartered in Irving, TX, seeks a 340B Program Associate to serve as a primary contact for program stakeholders and ensure compliance with federal policies. You will provide expert guidance on the 340B program, manage communications, and support internal teams.

The role requires 2+ years of healthcare or pharmacy experience, and proficiency with CRM systems such as Salesforce. You’ll contribute to education initiatives and participate in trainings and events.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree is preferred in Healthcare or Pharmacy.
• 2 or more years of relevant experience is required.
• Background related to the 340B Drug Pricing Program highly preferred.
• Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and other relevant tools.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Interpret basic to complex questions from 340B stakeholders to provide guidance on program compliance and policies.
• Independently manage timely and accurate communications between stakeholders and internal teams.
• Educate program stakeholders and internal teams on 340B program requirements and processes.
• Represent the Prime Vendor program as subject matter expert at events and conferences.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve program participants issues and gather feedback.
