Job summary

Southern Staircase is seeking a hands-on Stair Delivery & Installation Driver in Greer, SC to install custom stair systems on residential and commercial sites while also handling deliveries. This full-time role requires carpentry/framing experience, a valid license, and the ability to lift 75 lbs.

You will operate a 26' box truck, use saws and drills, read blueprints, and maintain safe, organized job sites. Benefits include health coverage, 401(k), and paid holidays.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of framing, carpentry, or woodworking experience (REQUIRED).
• Experience with saws, drills, levels, and measuring tools.
• Ability to work in outdoor/job site environments.
• Ability to lift 75 lbs regularly.
• Valid driver's license + clean driving record (MVR).
• DOT medical card (or ability to obtain one).
• Must be 21+ years old.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Install custom stair systems (straight & curved) on construction sites.
• Use hand and power tools to cut, level, shim, and secure stair components.
• Read layouts and blueprints to complete accurate installations.
• Load, deliver, and unload materials (up to 75 lbs).
• Drive a 26' box truck to and from job sites.
• Assist in the warehouse as needed.
• Maintain clean, safe, and professional work areas.
