Southern Staircase in Charlotte, NC is hiring a High-End Handrail Installer to join a leading team on premium, custom projects. The role offers a pay range of $28.00-$32.00 per hour, plus a $1,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance.

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of handrail installation experience (REQUIRED)
• Experience with over-the-post and curved rail systems (preferred)
• Strong trim carpentry and finish work skills
• Ability to read blueprints and layouts
• Solid math/geometry skills for precise installs
• Valid driver's license + clean MVR
• Must be 21+ years old
• Ability to lift 75 lbs and work in job site conditions
• Willingness to travel (75%+)
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
