Job summary

Cimarron in Newcastle, OK is seeking an entry-level welder to join our manufacturing team. This full-time role requires reading blueprints, passing ASME 6G/3G tests, and performing MIG and Stick welds while complying with safety policies.

The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or equivalent, be legally authorized to work in the United States, and be willing to travel up to 25% while supporting lean and continuous improvement efforts on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent or 2 years related work experience.
• Must pass 3G plate test and 6G pipe welding test.
• Read and follow blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Support safety procedures and maintain equipment to operate safely.
• Must be able to pass the ASME Vessel Code Weld test.
• Weld and fit parts as per plans; work with MIG and Stick processes.
• Read blueprints and work from sketches, diagrams, and drawings.
• Contribute to Lean and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
