Job summary

Marmon Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Sheetmetal Fabricator to produce stainless steel electrical enclosures. The role involves grinding, finishing, spot welding, and stud welding in a production setting, with attention to certification requirements and product specs.

You will read drawings and instructions, operate and monitor machines, ensure quality, and participate in Lean/5S initiatives, safety programs, and teamwork throughout the plant.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Ability to read specifications and follow QA procedures.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and follow safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Operate grinding, finishing, and welding equipment to fabricate stainless steel enclosures.
• Interpret drawings, routers, BOMs and instructions to meet spec; QA all products.
• Maintain safety with proper PPE and housekeeping; report equipment faults.
• Support Lean/5S and continuous improvement initiatives as needed.
• Move materials and products safely and efficiently; work as a team.
