Job summary

Adalet, part of Marmon Holdings, is hiring for a 2nd shift Sheetmetal Fabricator (Utility B) to produce industrial grade stainless steel electrical enclosures. You will operate grinding, finishing, spot welding, and stud welding processes to meet certification requirements and specifications.

Responsibilities include identifying defects, reading drawings and BOMs, and maintaining safe, efficient work practices in a Lean/5S environment.

• Must be able to perform basic arithmetic, statistics, and other specific mathematical applications.
• Must be able to multi-task, follow priorities given, and have strong troubleshooting techniques.

• Strong housekeeping practices and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Grain finish stainless steel enclosures using belt sanders and grinders.
• Weld studs and perform resistance welding as required.
• Assemble parts to enclosures following drawings and BOMs.
• Start and monitor machines to ensure proper operation and quality.
• Inspect products for conformance and remove defects.
